INITIAL RESPONSE

When you experience an electrical power failure (no lights, no air conditioning, etc.):

• Contact Office of the Building at (312) 787-4100 and then your immediate manager
• Contact Office of the Building at (312) 787-4100 and then your immediate manager
• The Office of the Building will address the situation and update you on the power outage

& FOLLOW UP

If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building:

• Remain calm
• Alert others in the area
• Listen for directions from Chicago Fire Department, Building Security and/or Hospital Designee
• Refer to the EVACUATION procedure
