When you experience a loss of power, water, and/or ventilation:

• Contact call Security (312) 227-7777
• Security will contact Facility Services 74098
• Facility Services will address the situation and determine appropriate next steps

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

• For loss of power plug all essential equipment into red outlets
• If the situation deteriorates to a level of immediate danger take action, alert Security 77777
• If the situation deteriorates to a level of immediate danger take action, alert Security (312) 227-7777
