When you experience no lights, power to outlets, water, and/or ventilation:

• Contact Security 77777 and give location
• Contact Security (312) 227-7777 and give location
• Security will contact Facility Services

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

• Facility Services will address the situation and determine appropriate next steps
• Your immediate manager will provide direction as information becomes available
• If the situation deteriorates to a level of immediate danger take action, evacuate, and alert Security 77777
• If the situation deteriorates to a level of immediate danger take action, evacuate, and alert Security (312) 227-7777
