INITIAL RESPONSE

When a person requires emergent medical assistance:

  • Call 911 or use medical emergency pennant which will notify building security and ambulance
  • Call 911 or use medical emergency pennant which will notify building security and ambulance
  • Give the location, type of injury and number of people injured
  • CPR certified employee begins CPR

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

  • Keep the patient calm
  • Do not move the person
  • Provide assistance as requested by Emergency Response personnel
