When an elevator alarm sounds, is not responding, or is erratic:
- Remain calm
- Do not use the elevator

& FOLLOW UP
When trapped on an elevator:
- Stay in the elevator
- Use the alarm button inside the elevator to contact Building Security or call (312) 440-2911

- Do not climb to the floor above
- Do not jump to the floor below
- Do not try to pry the elevator doors open
- Listen for directions and wait for help to arrive
- Call Management Office after the incident at 312-440-2732
