INITIAL RESPONSE

When you experience an electrical power failure (no lights, no air conditioning, etc.)

• Contact Management Office at 312-440-2732 (312) 440-2732 and then your immediate manager
• Contact Management Office at (312) 440-2732 and then your immediate manager
• The Management Office will address the situation and update you on the power outage
• If necessary instructions will be issued over the public address system.

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building:

• Remain calm
• Alert others in the area
• Listen for directions from Chicago Fire Department, Building Security and/or Hospital Designee
• Refer to the EVACUATION procedure
