When an elevator alarm bell sounds, elevator is not responding or erratic:

• Remain calm
• Do not use the elevator
• Contact Security (312) 227-7777 and give location
• Contact Security 77777 and give location
• Security will contact Property Management at (312) 343-5827 after hours (312) 343-5827
• Security will contact Property Management at (312) 343-5827 or (708) 251-0025

& FOLLOW UP

When trapped on an elevator:

• Stay in the elevator
• Use the alarm button inside the elevator to contact Building Security
• Do not climb to the floor above
• Do not jump to the floor below
• Do not try to pry the elevator doors open
• Listen for directions and wait for help to arrive
