When a person requires emergent medical assistance:

• Call 911

• Give the building address, floor location, company name, type of injury, person/people in need of assistance

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

• CPR certified employee begins CPR
• Retrieve AED
• Keep the person calm
• Do not move the person
• Provide assistance as requested by Emergency Response personnel
• Inform immediate manager
• Complete Safety Event Report
