INITIAL RESPONSE

When you experience a loss of power, water, and/or ventilation:

• OR generator will come on and staff complete current cases
• Contact Building Engineering and give location
• Contact Com Ed for loss of power
• Contact immediate manager and Administrator
• Building Engineer will contact facility services

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

When you experience a loss of power, water, and/or ventilation:

• For loss of power plug all essential equipment into red outlets.
• Facility Services will address the situation and determine appropriate next steps
• Call and update Lurie Hospital Security (312) 227-7777
