INITIAL RESPONSE

When a person requires emergent medical assistance:

  • Call 911
  • Call 911
  • Give the location, type of injury and number of people injured
  • CPR certified employee begins CPR if needed
  • Retrieve AED

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

  • Keep the person calm
  • Do not move the person
  • Provide assistance as requested by Emergency Response personnel
