When you experience a loss of power, water, and/or ventilation:

• Contact Ronald McDonald House Charities at (312) 888-2500 and give location
• Contact Ronald McDonald House Charities at (312) 888-2500 and give location
• Contact Almost Home Kids Operations Director
• For loss of power plug all essential equipment into red outlets.

SECONDARY RESPONSE

& FOLLOW UP

If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building:

• Remain calm
• Alert others in the area
• Listen for directions from Building Management. If necessary Chicago Fire Department will give an evacuation order
• Refer to the EVACUATION procedure as needed
• Return to normal operations upon an “all clear” announcement from your manager
