INITIAL RESPONSE

When you experience a loss of power, water, and/or ventilation:

  • Call building Security (312) 492-3703
  • Call building Security (312) 492-3703
  • Contact Patient Care Ops Manager

 

SECONDARY RESPONSE

If it becomes necessary to evacuate the building:

  • Remain calm
  • Alert others in the area
  • Listen for directions from building security
  • Refer to above section titled Evacuation
  • Call and update Lurie Children’s Facility Services (312) 227-4098
