INITIAL RESPONSE
When you hear an overhead announcement stating “Attention: Soft Lockdown in effect. Only use Superior Street doors to enter or exit the hospital.” (This will be repeated 3 times) Staff Will:
- Continue patient care as normal unless otherwise directed
- Prepare for potential escalation to hard lockdown (If needed)
- Stay informed via internal communications (Overhead, Everbridge, Email alerts)
